Mama Moon offers a 4-day prenatal retreat. You will learn everything you need to know to get through a peaceful unmedicated labor while enjoying a fabulous baby moon in South Brittany, France.
Amandine, founder of Mama Moon, organizes and hosts this event in a luxurious AirBnB villa. She is an experienced hypnodoula, a postpartum and newborn care specialist, AquaNatal instructor and childbirth educator. She has created a complete program that will prepare you for a gentle, serene and joyful physiological birth as well as an easy postpartum.
Why not combine a sumptuous Baby Moon while preparing for your birth?
Our prenatal retreat will take place in a villa in La Baule, 200m from the beach. The beach is the longest beach in Europe. You will enjoy many beach restaurants, beautiful sunsets, markets and shopping.
For 4 days you will benefit from prenatal activities, wellness treatments, and childbirth preparation classes. You will learn the essentials for experiencing a peaceful childbirth, and postpartum, as well as breathing, relaxation and hypnosis techniques to help you manage each contraction with calm, acceptance and control.
