Childbirth Essential: Crash Course
This class is done in the comfort of your own home.
It lasts up to 3 hours and requires both partners to attend.
In this birth preparation course, we will go over the most important concepts that parents-to-be need to study and understand to get ready for birth and for the arrival of their baby.*
Traditional classes have you sit in an uncomfortable, small room for 3 hours each week for 5 weeks. Don't do that to yourself and choose your leaving room!
Full Relaxation Training
Your only job during labor is to relax.
In this class you will learn pain management and how to deeply relax your body and mind. You will listen to guided meditations and powerful positive pregnancy affirmations, practice labor positions, pushing and breathing.
We offer 5 sessions, done in the comfort of your own home.
After each session we guarantee that you will feel completely relaxed and at peace.
